COMMUNITY DESIGN

We use the “Quinta” Model . We don’t just build homes, we build neighborhoods and communities. Our urban planning is built around schools, recreational areas, and commercial units for onsite entrepreneurial opportunities.

VERTICAL INTEGRATION

We do everything from A to Z, including development, design, manufacturing, construction and financing. This allows us to provide quality housing at affordable prices. Our system is faster and less expensive to build than traditional systems and is earthquake tolerant.

LOCAL WORKERS & LOCAL MATERIALS

All of our communities are built by the hands and hearts of the locals. We are create jobs for the locals in the construction, operation and maintenance of Education Model Towns. We also use local materials for construction.

ONSITE PRODUCTION

In each community we create a temporary concrete block production facility and produce our own blocks and pavers using local materials.

PERMANENT SOLUTION

We are building homes that are designed to withstand disaster and give our residents stability. We offer our residents the opportunity to long-term financing (mortgages).

“QUINTA” MODEL

WE ARE ECO-FRIENDLY

Concrete blocks are our main building material, ensuring strength, durability, low maintenance, fire-resistance, low emissions of CO2, and keeping the heat out.

 

We designed water conservation sinks and toilets. When you flush, water in the sink begins to flow, incentivizing people to wash their hands, the water from the sink is then re-used to fill up the toilet tank.

 

We collect and treat wastewater ensuring less pollutants discharged and fewer water-born diseases.

 

Our streets are made with pavers which prevents floods. We also recycle rain water with our drainage systems.

Homeownership and community development help end the cycle of poverty. Living day to day makes it impossible for families to focus on things like education, work, and health. Rather, they worry about putting food and clean water on their table each day or whether or not they will be kicked off of the land they are squatting on. Every Education Model Town family owns their home and their land. We provide our families with new homes, education, safety, health, employment, stability and a foundation for future generations. Opportunity is a luxury for these families, and we are providing it.
